Inspiration Story

The collection is named BURSA, a city which holds a special place in Ottoman history as their founding capital, and also as the birthplace of Ottoman architecture. The collection is inspired by Ottoman Silks, Ottoman Miniatures, painted to illustrate manuscripts or used in dedicated albums influenced by the Persian Art form; and the Art of Tezhip.
